We arrived home from spending a week at Bucuti in June. It lived up to and surpassed all expectations.
We stayed at Bucuti around 4 years ago and decided post vaccine it was a great place to return to.
Rooms are spotless, beach is so clean and spacious, food is tasty, and location on the island is where you want to be. Low rise area is much quieter than the high rise.
Two staff members that made our trip were Angela and Margarita (sorry i know this not the spelling :) ) in the Tara suite breakfast. Every morning they worked so hard taking care of everyone. Omelletes, dutch pancakes, cappuccinos, oatmeal, etc. nicest people and was a great start to every day.
Beach service was very good as well.
If I had to say one critique it would be the new menu at Sandbar. Menu lacks the basic light salad choices or more options. I’m not a very picky eater, but just surprised some basic wraps or a few salads arent on there.
All in all, it was a tremendous stay. We absolutely loved it and caught every sunset before dinner sitting on those comfy couches.
Aruba is ready for visitors and very safe. Nicest people too.
