"I will stay here again. We had the ocean view and pool view. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean and pretty good size. And the price was just right."

"This was the best surprise! The hotel is super cute and comfortable. Even though it’s right next to the freeway, I never heard the road noise. The staff was very accommodating, even when we decided to extend our stay, by keeping us in the same room. The. Location is perfect! It’s very close to CalPoly and the downtown area. I am so happy to rate this hotel a perfect 10 and will be my hotel of choice when returning."

"Fun and clean"

"Very nice room with a frig and microwave. Bothe the room and bathroom were spacious. Nice balcony with 2 chairs and a table. If there was something to call attention to, was a lack of water pressure in the bathroom. Had a nice continental breakfast with chairs and tables on a patio. In the evening there was cookies which were pretty good."

"One of the best hotels in Pismo Beach! The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean, the grounds are well-maintained and beautiful. The view from the ocean front room can't be beat! Easy on/off the freeway, walkable safe neighborhood with many restaurant options within walking/10 minute drive."

"The proximity to the beach is good but it is on the Pacific Coastal Highway so there is the constant noise of vehicles even with windows closed and the AC on. It is an older motel with thin windows and walls so we could hear the guests above and beside us plus anyone walking by. The 2 beds were comfortable and we did sleep until about 5 am when the first guests left. It was clean enough but old towels with stains and the bedding was a bit musty and older too."
