The 130 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as an additional toilet and, can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. The Wi-Fi is not good for work or online meetings. Since is a natural park, high performance antennas are not allowed, so the Wi-Fi signal is low, and it doesn't reach all the spaces, only common areas. There is A/C only in one bedroom (the main room downstairs), but the other bedroom upstairs is an extra room with a fan. A baby bed is available upon request. A shared laundry room can also be used. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a beautiful garden, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The property has access to a shared outdoor area with a covered terrace, sunbeds and a pool, which is open from May to September. There are chickens on the property, which makes this is a very pleasant and real rural experience for those who want to escape from the busy city life. We saw the listing and it looked great. We had good communication with the lister at the start, however that soon changed. The listing said 3 bedroom which was inaccurate. It had 2 bedroom and a total of 3 rooms. All the room was extremely dirty to say the least. The only AC unit, which is in one of the bedroom, did not work; it had a clogged drain line and dripped constantly on the bed below it and the ground. The pool is nothing like picture in the ad. It was disgusting and was not maintained at all. This place was so disappointing that we check out 2 days early. We tried to communicate with the lister for a refund with no response. Please note that my family and I are well traveled and are comfortable with hardship but with this place we felt lied to and cheated. ##### Elizabeth P.
