Forfaits vacances – Ngapuke

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Our family checked in late at night and discovered multiple pet hairs/fur all over the bed. This was particularly concerning as we were travelling with young children who have very sensitive skin and can react to pet fur. Unfortunately, we only discovered the problem after we had already showered and settled in. We immediately contacted the property owner and Expedia to report the issue, but no one from the property contacted us or made any attempt to resolve the situation. We contacted Expedia that night for assistance and were told by their support agent that they would arrange a refund. Despite this assurance, the refund has still not been provided. We did not use the affected bed at all and ultimately had to leave the property as soon as there was enough daylight to do so. Having to leave accommodation in the middle of the night because of basic cleanliness and hygiene concerns is completely unacceptable, especially when travelling with young children. What was most disappointing was not only the condition of the bed, but the complete lack of response and support from the property after we raised the issue. Mould was found in the curtains as well. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property to families, particularly those travelling with children or anyone with sensitivities to pet fur.

Logement parfait.

Bel appartement pratique , bien placez au bord du lac. Dommage qu‘on a pas eu vue sur le lac

Très bel appartement, literie confortable, bien équipée et les bassins d eau chaude que du bonheur

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lovely B&B, very clean and comfortable. The host was friendly and welcoming, and we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
