Good location in the heart of Downtown Columbus. Staff was helpful and the area seemed safe. The room could have used some updating. The toilet made a high pitch noise about every 15 to 20 minutes which woke us up in the middle of the night. There was no hot water for late morning shower (10 am).

Location was excellent. During the busy wedding season, we waited for valet carts to tote luggage. Just leave them out and available during busier times. The hotel had 1 elevator as the other was down for maintenance or repair. That led to congestion issues when exiting or entering the building. That was the first 30 minutes. Secondly, the rooms are tiny and dark. They needed a desperate update, carpets were dirty and stained in spots. Walls were thin. Room service seemed to be available, however; our room had no phone. A 6 inch section of wire had sprouted from the wall and looks like it had been cut but not properly hidden. I had to request an ironing board from the front desk as there was none in the room. A room that sleeps four was equipped with 2 full sets of towels, had to request an extra 2 sets for a 2 day stay. Finally, the amenities. The hotel provides coffee, if they have it ready. Saturday morning, no black coffee was available. Sunday morning, the coffee appeared but there were no lids available. The breakfast buffet was available but the wait staff were not very helpful, I sat in the corner and ate breakfast with not one of the wait staff ever speaking to me or providing a beverage. I would not recommend this hotel as better and less expensive options exist.
