« The location was great in regards to beach access. Most things in house were clean except the floors (sandy and dead bugs throughout) and some dirty dishes put back in cabinet. Couch was sandy and had pet hair on it. Wish it had a dishwasher. We rented both sides and liked the connector doors. The charcoal grill is about rusted through so that may need replacing. We had a good time though. »

« We love Atlantic Beach and this home is the perfect place to stay for easy beach and pier access. The home is Comfortable with plenty of places to hang out as a family. It is by far our favorite place to stay for vacation. Highly recommend to anyone who chooses to stay on Atlantic Beach. »

« The house is in excellent condition. All modern stuff. Only had two problems which I thought was minor. Ice maker did not work and the high humidity affected the electronic lock/unlock front door. The host fixed the door quickly and explain that sometimes when they get high humidity water gets in there and messes it up. « We would stay here again. It is a duplex turned into 4 rentals, but it was roomy enough for 6 people and 2 dogs. The A/C was ice cold and had a separate air conditioner for each bedroom and living space. The location is great - only about 20 feet from beach access and 0.6 mile walk to shopping and food. The host responded to texts quickly. The people we met were all so nice. This is a rental and city I want to visit again. »
