I arrived at 5pm and was not given a room until after 6pm because "the cleaning crew clocked out at 3:30 without telling anyone and there were 175 guests staying that night." When I finally got into our room, the bed cover had hairs on it and the toilet hadn't been cleaned. Multiple staff members were rude and unhelpful."
