"The last time I stayed at Circus Circus was probably 30 something years ago and it was a wonderful time. Absolutely loved it as a kid, now I come back with my own children, hoping to experience the same excitement and to my big disappointment it was absolutely terrible! It stank, there is no security whatsoever. There are homeless walking in and out of the hotel with no one watching felt very unsafe. The parking garage is a joke, potholes throughout. Getting in and around the hotel is so confusing. I would never stay here again. The AC in the room works, but it’s very noisy and kept me up most of the night. Thankfully, they gave us the more updated room on the sky tower side, which wasn’t anything impressive, so I would be scared to think what the original rooms look like in the other tower. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and stay somewhere else nicer and safer."

"My elderly father and I stayed at the El Dorado for one night last month and it was less than great. It began with the parking garage. The handicapped spaces are on the bottom floor but the elevator to the skyway was broken, so it ended up not being that close to the entrance. We arrived at 1:30 (I had a spa appointment at 2) and were informed our room was ready but it would be a $57 dollar fee (seeing as we paid $110 for the night this meant it was over half the price of one night for the extra 90 minutes). We explained the situation but the front desk woman was very unhelpful. We then asked about luggage given the handicapped spot, and it was suggested I take care of it since I am able to walk without a cane. The room was not very clean (there was visible black mold in the bathroom) and overall the property needed upkeep. I will say the food court had lots of good options, so that was nice. Overall we will book elsewhere next time."

"Parking was great with two driveways. There was plenty of room for 13 people and the area was nice. Jeff was awesome and answered any questions we had quickly. Check out Archies for food! "

"Never received any check in information from this host so I had to reach out to him for the check in process. The place was nice and clean but the temperature of each room fluctuated, master bedroom was warm but the other bedroom was freezing."
