The hotel was next door to the duomo and galleria. we were able to take early morning pictures before the crowds arrived. the check in process was easy and were greeted with very friendly staff. the room is very spacious and quiet. it was just a long walk to our room from the elevators.

Very well located hotel, easy to get around the city by walking and public transport. If you fly from Linate (LIN) just 20 min with metro.
Spacious room, very clean everywhere. Extensive breakfast with a buffet and freshly made menu.
AC is working so-so as it turned out is somehow centrally controlled also the water refills could be a bit better.
Overall very good experience and would stay again.

The place is amazing. Very clean, friendly staff and the hotel is a great gut rehab from an old factory to a small luxury hotel. It is a sustainable building following the Green design. LED lighting, Biophelia, occupancy sensor, electronic shadings, BMS controls etc. My husband and I will definitely be back at this place.

"Wir (6 Erwachsene) haben im Haus von Teresa eine wundervolle Weihnachtswoche verlebt. Das Haus ist geräumig und auch bei Winterkälte kuschelig warm. Dafür sorgen Fußbodenheizung und Kamin... und das Herz von Teresa, die gleich nebenan wohnte. Noch nie haben wir eine so tolle Gastgeberin erlebt. Sie ..."
