Large room with kitchenette ( fridge, microwave, two ring cooker, kettle, sink) En-suite bathroom with bath, power shower and W>C, towels supplied in room. Continental breakfast included in price. All this for just £31 per nightt highly recommended.

This is the second time I have stayed here, returning to the area where I grew up. Great value and very convenient for a one night stay in the centre of Stockton Heath. Parking on site and nearby. The rooms are small but have all you need. Paul makes a great freshly cooked breakfast and is friendly and helpful.
