« the check in process is crazy too many steps to do . separate area to store luggage . no elevators we have to carry up the stairs our luggages not disclose in the website . the place is dirty the floors not being cleaned properly lots of dirt and dirt stain on the tile floors . smells smokey inside even tho it said non smoking in the website . the only good thing about casa pelayo is spacious apartment and the location is accessible to the old san juan and the airport »

« Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. »

« The rooms weren’t super clean - the sheets had some hairs on it and I couldn’t tell if they were reused or just not properly cleaned. There was also hair on the ground. And our closet door was broken. The pictures are a little misleading - the kitchen and couches are shared areas.
