Neeses Vacation Packages

Was clean look a bit dated, breakfast was no good hot food content Only have 1 waffle maker, microwable sausage biscuits sandwich , instant oatmeal. Room was ok but the bathroom was really small and fell claustrophobic.

I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN WHEN I SAW THE COMPLIMENTARY EAR PLUGS AND THEN THE NOISE MACHINE WHEN I WENT IN THE ROOM THAT SOMETHING WAS AMISS. AND, WHEN THE FRONT DESK SAID THAT "SOME PEOPLE ARE LIGHT SLEEPERS, SO WE OFFER THESE AMENITIES," I SUPPOSE I SHOULD HAVE RUN. BUT THE PLOT OF THE STORY IS THAT A TRAIN THAT SOUNDS LIKE IT IS RIGHT OUTSIDE OF THE WINDOW BLARES ITS WHISTLE FOR 1 MINUTE EVERY 15 MINUTES AFTER 11 AT NIGHT UNTIL ABOUT 2-ISH. THE FRONT DESK GUY TOLD ME THAT IT DOESN'T HAPPEN EVEY NIGHT, BUT IF IT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ARE THERE, IT IS A BUMMER. DON'T BOOK THROUGH A 3RD PARTY SITE BC THEN YOU CANNOT HAGGLE FOR ANY MONEY BACK.

Excellent location- central to everything in Columbia. Our room was well appointed- we were on the first floor which gave us easy access to the lobby with minimal noise. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

Did use the pool area or pay for breakfast in advance etc.

Room and hotel were clean. Great value. Manager and staff were fantastic.
