« Place2Stay claims three stars but it doesn't offer this quality of accomodation. The building is not well maintained, the rooms are a little shabby and the services are basic. Rooms are never cleaned during the stay, even for a longer stay, and the waste bins are never emptied. Please give your guests a broom and let they know that bottles are not to be thrown away in the room bins! It's definitely not good value, hardly two stars. But the location is great as a lot of good Kuching restaurants...

« Bel hôtel moderne et récent. Globalement bon rapport qualité prix. Deux reproches malgré tout. Le premier concerne le personnel du petit déjeuner peu aimable. On ne se sent vraiment pas le bienvenu. Le deuxième point était une première. À 6h du matin, j'ai été dérangé par de la musique, certe douce, mais bien présente. Je pensais que c'était un voisin indelicat, tout en me disant que l'insonorisation était à revoir,mais il s'agissait d'une musique d'ambiance diffusée dans le couloir. Après...

« Pour nous, la meilleure option de logement à Kuching. Très bon emplacement à 2 pas du waterfront mais avec la possibilité de se détendre et se rafraîchir au bord de la piscine au milieu du beau jardin. « The hotel is simple but decent, located pretty close to waterfront and most places of interest are in walkable range from here. You can find bars, restaurants (the is a good breakfast restaurant right behind and the famous Ceylonese Restaurant next to it), 7-eleven. The was a slight funky smell in the shower and this could be improved. They also let us check in early which was nice bonus for us. »

« Hotel staff were polite and very helpful! My room was one king bed and one single bed. It was super comfy! The bed doesnt look like budget hotel bed at all! The room is very spacious and clean as well. It has both ceiling fan and aircond. It takes time for the aircond to be cold but that isn't a problem at all! Everything was super duper good for me. The location of the hotel is at the centre of Kuching. Very strategic! I will definitely come back! Thank you so much Abell Residences! :) »
