The staff were courteous and extremely helpful. We ate at Bacco restaurant on site, and had over the top service, and a great meal with cocktails and wine. The room was very comfortable with a superb view of the river and so close to all the action on Broadway. Overall, such a nice stay. We would go back again anytime we were in Nashville.

Beautiful hotel, Printers Alley is behind the hotel (awesome restaurants and music), two blocks to Broadway and all the nightlife. FYI nightlife starts at 11:00 AM in Nashville. Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Auditorium (Predators) are all there. FedEx Field (Titans) are just across the Cumberland River. We will definitely be staying there again.

From Alberta Canada, this is our first time to Nashville. This property is the ideal location to walk to Union Station, Bridgestone Arena and Nissan Stadium and Broadway along the Cumberland River. Steps away from the State Capital and Museum, Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum and local eateries in Germantown. The front desk staff, breakfast bistro staff and housekeeping staff were exceptional and hospitable. Our family’s week stay was the best and we’ll be back!

Great hotel in convenient location. Very walkable to main entertainment strip. Hotel is modern and has trendy decor. Rooms are comfortable and have great amenities and toiletries. The hotel seemed a little understaffed. Put luggage on cart but nobody to bring it up so we did it ourselves. Great minibar but no ice machines. Called front desk and nobody answered. Overall minor issues and would return. 4.5 stars.

When is the best time to go to Downtown Nashville?
The best time to go to Downtown Nashville depends on your preferences for weather, crowd levels, and events, but generally, spring (April to May) and autumn (September to October) offer the most pleasant conditions.
Spring in Downtown Nashville brings mild temperatures, typically ranging from 15°C to 25°C, and the city is in full bloom. This is a popular time for outdoor activities, and you'll find many festivals and outdoor concerts beginning. However, this popularity means higher hotel rates and larger crowds, especially around major events like the CMA Music Festival.
Autumn also provides comfortable weather, with temperatures usually between 10°C and 20°C. The humidity drops, and the foliage around the city's parks and surrounding areas is very attractive. It's a great time to explore the city's attractions without the intense summer heat or the peak spring crowds, making it ideal for those who prefer a slightly more relaxed pace.
Summer (June to August) is hot and humid, with temperatures often exceeding 30°C. While there are many events and live music options, the heat can make extended outdoor exploration less comfortable. Winter (November to March) is generally cooler, with occasional cold snaps and a chance of snow.
Can I cancel my hotel reservation on Expedia?
Many Expedia hotel reservations are refundable, provided that you cancel before the hotel’s cancellation deadline – this is often within 24-48 hours of your scheduled arrival. If you have a non-refundable booking, it might still be possible to receive a refund if you cancel it within 24 hours of booking. Be sure to check your booking confirmation for the exact cancellation policy. For maximum flexibility, use our "Fully refundable property" filter during your search to find the right Downtown Nashville hotel for you.
