"Everything was wonderful!"

"This was the first time we had online check in. I am older and needed assistance. The person was truly great! She was patient, clear and respectful while she walked me through check in process. The facility was beautiful! Clean and quiet! The pool area was super nice and we spent time there. We also enjoyed the rooftop lounge area. We watched the thunder and lightening each night up there. Our room was very nice! We had a kitchen and washer/dryer. We will definitely be staying there again!"

"The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay. I arrived early hoping to leave bags for the day, but they offered early check-in at no additional cost. The building was maintained, but detailed cleanliness can use some more work. (There were lots of sparkles left behind on my room floor.) The location is not very close to the core of the city so you should expect extra transportation costs if you don't want a long walk."

"We checked in, and checked out 10 minutes later because it was absolutely disgusting. As soon as we walked into the room, there were flies everywhere and smell that genuinely made us both wretch and gag. We've never smelled anything like that before and we cannot believe that they would have considered that room to be acceptable for any guests. I wouldn't even let my dog exist in that space. When we went to reception to inform them of the situation and ask about solutions, the receptionist was very kind about it, but she didn't seem surprised. We funded a different hotel from our own pocket and a refund was later approved by Expedia once we'd returned home. I do not recommend this hotel at all. We felt very uneasy about the situation and the room itself."

"When we checked in and went to our room, the key didn’t work. As we were trying to enter the room someone opened the door. We had to go back to check in as they assigned us a room that was already occupied. When we got into our actual room there were old stains on the carpet, no soap, the handle for the bathroom door actually came off in my hand, and the shower got warm at best. No hot water for showers. The “dark roast” coffee at the breakfast was so weak it was transparent. For the price, I expected much better. "
