We asked for help in calling a taxi to take us to the airport. The gentleman working at the counter told us the taxis would not come because it was raining. We found this hard to believe and in fact were able to flag one down after walking a bit and fortunately still made our flight in time. We also had difficulty checking in. Our flight was delayed so I emailed letting them know that we were unable to complete the check in online as it would not accept our passport photos and that we would be late but when we arrived noone was there and we had to call the emergency number. We are elderly so perhaps this was due to our lack of tech skills though.
