You could hear everything, from upper and lower floors or from outside, which makes it hard to sleep - Fridge is also really loud but somehow managable, still bad - no Elevator very narrow staircase the lowest room is on 3F. I came with 2 pieces of heavy luggage. This combo makes checking in and out tedious and leaves a bitter aftertaste - Friend who stayed at the same hotel had the thinnest mattress you could imagine and his room was not clean. My room was clean but with the same type of mattress but my bed had additional softy spongy stuff under it. My friend's had not.
