The location has many restaurants and shopping places. Very accessible. Our room is on the ground floor, which is convenient for moving the luggage. The room is spacious and well equipped with a laundry machine (though not included in all rooms).

The owner did not respond to any of my messages(Even though i was sending them in Japanese?), and they forgot to tell me what the door passcode was until i asked support to contact them for me. But other than that it was a really apartment. Very comfy bed, nice big TV, and the area around is very good

とても綺麗にされてましたが、1点だけ残念だったのが、ベットの布団の中にゴキブリが1匹いて、寝ようとめくった際に布団から出てきました。 周りに飲食店が多いので、部屋に出るのは100歩譲って仕方ないかと思いますが、寝る布団から出てきたら、かなり興ざめします。 今後の清掃方法の改善をお願いします。

下次再來長崎應該還是會來住這兒

房間乾淨，不過其中有一張床墊有點凹陷，不太好睡。我們是住較大房型，有三張雙人床，一張單人床。 有小廚房洗衣機等。我們住宿三晚很方便。 門口的路狹小，要先停在巷子口停車場，或是行李少的話，河旁邊的停車場費用較便宜。 入住自取鑰匙的指示是明確的，但是如果天黑之後才抵達會不好找，所以早點到比較好。

Vi var rigtig glade for at bo i Ambiera Doza. Men det var tæt på at vi gik glip af vigtig information, da mailen kom på japansk, og nær var røget i spamfilteret. Først i bunden af mailen var der oplysninger om tjekind på engelsk. Selve opholdet var skønt. Der er fin plads og beliggenheden er fin, skønt området er lidt fattigt.

街中で便利だが少々音が気になった

街中にあるので、非常に交通の便が良かった。コンビニが3、4軒先にあるので、朝食のためのおにぎりなどがすぐに買えるのも良かった。飲み屋街の中にあり、私達のベットが窓際に面していたので、窓際がスナックバーで、到着した日は12月30日ということもあり、朝の3時ごろまで飲み屋から出てくる人が大声で騒いでいて寝付けなかった。しかし、多くのお店が12月31日から、チェックアウトした1月5日までは、閉まっていたようでそんなにうるさくて、眠れないということはなかった。アパートの中は綺麗に改築されていたが、建物の構造上の問題なのか、私たちは、一階の部屋だったが、2階の部屋の人が歩く音やドアを開ける音、物を床に落とした時の音がかなり響いて夜中に目が覚めることがあった。

101号室に宿泊しました。 事前に送られてくるメールでチェックインもスムーズにできました。 部屋は綺麗で明るく、大人4人で過ごすのに問題ありませんでした。 キッチン用品も備え付けで食器もたくさんあったので、ありがたかったです。 シャワーの水圧は少し弱いかなと感じましたが、バスルームは清潔で良かったです。 レンタカーを1日借りましたが、斜め前に駐車場もあり、とても便利でした。 また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。

綺麗な設備で静かに滞在出来ました。

飲屋街の中にある小さな施設でした。夜うるさいかなと思いましたが、全く音は聞こえず静かに滞在出来ました。部屋もとても綺麗でした。トイレのウォシュレットのリモコンが電池切れで少し不便でしたが、そのほかに気になることはありませんでした。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

ホテル側の手違いで申し込みをした部屋にはほかの人が入っていた。 別の部屋に入室するまで１時間以上かかり、とても疲れた。ホテル側の対応がまずすぎて、二度と利用したくないと思った。

予約概要には、「フロントデスクは、15:00〜8:00まで営業。 到着時には、フロントデスクスタッフがお出迎えします。」と記載。 しかし、フロントデスクスタッフは、不在。 電話をすると、メールで入室方法を送っている。との回答。 メールを見ていない方か、悪いような返答。 前面道路は、行き止まりで狭く、レンタカーで行ったため、対抗車が来て、広い道路までバックしなくてはいけないのに、入室方法など聞いても、メールを見ろとの事。 スタッフのお出迎えは無く、電話の対応は不親切。

Good location in downtown Nagasaki - alley cats fighting at night and making a ton of noise will keep light sleepers awake though. Property was a little snug and bathroom could use better ventilation.
