Room was cozy, nice, tidy and modern. They had washer and dryer so i could do the laundry. There's paid vehicle parking at a discounted rate in the multi-storey carpark beside the hotel. There's a nice small japanese restaurant beside the hotel on the ground floor that sells excellent grilled Saba fish and unagis. Close to China town and local convenient stores. It was a little difficult to pull up and take items out of your car if you are driving, but that’s only bc the road is very narrow leading to the hotel. the parking garage they suggest is very close though. The rooms are nice and quite large by Japanese standards. The views from the open air bath are amazing. Just think it is a nonsense in 2024 to forbid the people with tattoos from using the baths. The bus stop is about 3-4 min from the hotel, and you can easily move to other city points. The staff was kind and helped us during the check-in process. The room was really nice and comfortable, suitable for a three-person group. It might be crowded if you are traveling with huge luggage. The hot spring was really cool and had an excellent sauna.
