"Stayed one night. Good room with balcony facing towards sea. Small pool. Good buffet breakfast. Freindly and helpful staff. Gift of small tin of olive oil from their own farm was a pleasant surprise on checking out. Close to beachfront and restaurants/shops."

Only small suggestion, would have been nice to have more information about where to go for supermarkets (Perama), restaurants (Panormo) and best beaches (worth the drive to the south coast)."

"Property has the best of both worlds. Privacy and seclusion and easy walking access to the heart of the village with x2 restaurant/cafe and x2 minimarkets. Bakery a 10 minute drive. Beaches from 20 minutes. The drive to the property is a bit hairy on the first occasion - go slow and use google maps."

"Very secluded location. Villa worked well for us as a party of 16 as it is laid out as 4 separate apartments. Villa owner very helpful and allowed us to set up a communal kitchen. During our stay the owner responded promptly to any request e.g. repair of basketball hoop for the kids! Plenty of supermarkets in nearby Perama. Good beaches within 20-30 minutes drive. Would recommend at least a day in Rethymno - water sports and Old Town."

"The villa was in the end perfect for our family holiday, however we were disappointed to arrive to a villa which hadn’t been cleaned or stocked with essentials such as big bags, tea towels or beach towels properly. We had to contact the owner to clean the pool, outside seating and kitchen as these had not been done. We also had to mention broken chairs, broken life jackets and broken steps inside, along with sheets with holes as well. He did come and resolve these issues immediately. The...
