"Front desk staff was very nice, but the room was dirty, especially the bathroom. The shower curtain was stained and the towels had stains as well. Only one of the towels looked clean enough to use. The breezeway also had empty alcohol containers on the floor. I would not stay here again. "

"Building was new and the amenities weren’t run down. The room was extremely clean, and so was the bathroom and shower area. The staff was helpful and kind, I’d definitely go again! "

"This was a great VRBO experience. The location was good for our purposes and the hosts were exceptionally communicative. The place is absolutely cozy, hitting all the homey vibes. It was not over-the-top, no big TV crammed into the space. We wanted a room bath sitting area and the kitchen was a bonus (well appointed with what we needed; overall a nice break from properties that have too much going on). Enjoyed the gardens around the property, even having a deer come to our door to say hi (okay, that was luck). Location is an easy walk to campus without a bunch of noise nearby. Enjoyed the walk to Pre's Rock and Hendricks Park. The HP garden is a must -- the rhododendrons are off the chain. This place checked all of our boxes, to the point that I pray it's available for our next trip to Eugene. Way better than a hotel for us."
