The staff is awesome here! I had a change in itinerary and had to schedule something last minute and miss a night with stuff there, and they took great care of me. Also very quiet and clean.

This is my second time staying here, the staff is always wonderfully sweet and nights tend to be super quiet and peaceful. Super close to a bunch of restaurants and stores too. The housekeepers are super great at their job and I had my room cleaned and restocked daily

It's an old walk up motel/motor inn with outside accessing doors to units. It's had a nice remodel and update. It was very satisfactory for a 1 night stay for a concert at Autzen stadium. Seemed like a fairly safe neighborhood with easy freeway access.

I stayed for two nights the first night. My room was very hot Bad to sleep without any covers. There was an abundance of pillows however they were average quality kind of lumpy, but the beds were very comfortable and roomy. Nice size refrigerator nice bathtub and shower.

Initially I was annoyed with the check in. This is a budget hotel, older but clean. We had a refrigerator and microwave in our room which was helpful. I spoke to the manager about my concerns she was very nice and helpful. We had no issues with noise I 5 is close but we really did not notice traffic noise. Good location.

Property is very dated, but it does seem like they try to keep it clean and presentable. Given the low price for the area I would suggest the value is fair. Dark no pile carpet had plenty of old stains, found a pack of cigarettes under the bed from a previous guest, windows open up to exterior walk way so no privacy, air conditioner was on high the entire stay and struggled to completely cool the room during the day (90 degree outside temps). Common area courtyard was kept clean and nice, front desk was always staffed and helpful, plenty of convenient parking, and the larger sized refrigerator and microwave in room were nice. Easy access to freeway makes getting into Eugene easy. Local area had all the restaurants and shops close by. Happy with the stay for the price, if I had to do it again I would likely pay a bit more for something a bit more up the scale.

The checkin process was great. Frank was very efficient and thorough getting me checked in.the room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The single shower knob was reversed... Clockwise for hot and counter clockwise for cold. That was easily worked around and there was plenty of hot water. The carpet in the rooms do need to be upgraded as it has become stained over the years. Would I return? Definitely, yes!
