Very convenient location for exploring Pictured Rocks and town amenities. Easy parking. Main level attractively updated, clean and comfortable. Basement bunk-room is separated from rest of home and accessed through unfinished portion of the basement. Air condition needed to be used to alleviate a damp odor. Host Valerie was pro-active, friendly and responsive.

We are very happy with our stay! The house was comfortable, warm, and had plenty of common space for us to socialize. Finding the house and getting in was easy, the host provided clear instructions, and it was a very nice bonus to be able to park in the garage to keep our car out of the elements. The beds were comfy, the shower was hot with good pressure, and there was plenty of space in the basement for all of our gear.

Memorial day staycation

Good location and a beautiful house. Very close to all the main attractions ( wagnor falls, sand point, miner falls and castle) Check-in process was smooth.

Great stay at a great location

This property was in the perfect location. We used this location as a launching point for our travels to Grand Marais all the way to Marquette. Its proximity to the Pictured Rocks was also perfect. And when we were not traveling, this location was suitable for our needs and was well managed and clean.

Girls Hiking Pictured Rocks

All of us had a wonderful time part of us hiked and the other part did the boat tours. Was a perfect weekend of friends enjoying the beautiful Munising area.

Perfect for our family

Very nice property, as advertised. Large kitchen with all the dishes, cookware and silverware needed for a 10 people. Loved the deck. Location close to Pictured Rocks and town was a bonus. Highly recommended.

This home has everything you need.

This home has everything you need and is in an excellent location. The furnishings are comfortable. We took full advantage of the location, exploring Pictured Rocks from land and lake. We enjoyed the shops, restaurants and grocery store in Munising.

Great gateway

This was perfect for my family of 5. Plenty of room, house was very clean, recently updated, little area for a camp fire in thr back yard, and very close to all the attractions. Definitely recommend for a trip to pictured rocks.

Nice and relaxing yet enough to do.

Super clean property just as described. Had a great time. Loved the enclosed deck as we had a pip with us and it was nice for him to be able to get some fresh air. All of the necessities were there in the bath and kitchen. Would definitely recommend!

Family vacation

Was great location. Great backyard and fire pit. Stairs were a little unsafe with floor mats. They moved a lot while walking. Was perfect for our family. Would come Back again. Deck was nice for beautiful star glazing

Very clean home close to everything

House was super clean, tasteful and had most everything one could need. Beds were high but comfortable. Laundry room was great. Location was amazing... Close to downtown Munising as well as our favorite spot Sand Point Beach. Only very slight complaint is that we were surprised to find the bunk bed room downstairs away from all the other bedrooms - the room was great though. Would definiyely book again. Thank you!

Nice place in a great location

We had a good stay at the house and found it a great location to go to Munising and all of Pictured Rocks, while still a reasonable distance for Kitch-iti-kipi and Tahquemenon Falls. Everything was clean and in good condition, and check in was easy even though we got there pretty late (there are motion sensitive lights around the outside). The only thing to note (and I don't remember if I had seen this in other reviews and just forgot). The house layout isn't the best for a family with small kids - upstairs are two Queen bed rooms and both bathrooms. Downstairs are the bunks In a room and the futon. While the bunk room is totally fine, the futon is in an unfinished open space between the stairs and the bunk room. The stairs are unfinished. So not the best for small children (our teenager slept down there and was fine).
