« Motels are always a hit or miss for us but the reviews were all excellent so we gave it a go for an overnight stay. It totally lived up to the reviews. Checkin at the restaurant was smooth and quick. Rooms are nothing special but spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and had a quilt instead of a comforter (BONUS!). « The hotel has been refurbished from top to bottom. It’s a beautiful historic building. The owners were meticulous in keeping the history of the hotel and adding all the modern conveniences. The room was relaxing and had wonderful amenities. Microwave, fridge, coffee machine, tea, and sweet treats. They use local vendor products from businesses in Hillsboro.
