« Good place to stay on a budget. I’ve stayed here several times because it is the closest hotel to Genoa City. They have been improving the property over the years. »

« Love this hotel, I live in the area but like to get out the house every few months and enjoy the hot tub they have here. Also, the slots are great to have on the property. Bar is nice and king size bed was great. Bathroom was very clean. But unfortunately the hot breakfast is only on weekends . »

« We reserved a room for 4 guests. Our room only had 2 towels. When the front desk was paged, we were told to go get them from the lobby. I asked if they could be brought to the room and the gentleman was nice enough to bring them. Then, we realized that the room had no hand soap and no body wash. There was only one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. For 4 people!? We also only had 1 roll of toilet paper (whatever was in the dispenser), when we called the front desk to get more, we...

« The resort was more clean than I expected, but some aspects/fixtures were a little dated. Water Park was a blast and felt very safe. »

« The lake view was the only nice thing. Room had nothin. A bed and small table with chair. No phone to contact office, no fan, no TV, no refrigerator, no internet / WiFi, no in-room bathroom, no sink, no mirror, a detached head board, two flat pillows looked already used. »
