Legion Park, Twin Lakes : hôtels à proximité

« The room was clean, but there was only 1 ice maker in the building working. This screams they are struggling financially. The desk clerk was surly. They also told me twice about a “staff shortage today”, which encouraged the belief in financial issues. The internet was insufficient to open websites on my phone. I had to sit by the window to use my phone! I ask for extra towels TWICE in 1 day & never got any. I dried off with a hand towel this morning. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Too many...

« Good place to stay on a budget. I’ve stayed here several times because it is the closest hotel to Genoa City. They have been improving the property over the years. »

« Je revenais pour la troisième fois, l'hôtel est toujours très bien, situé et les chambres confortables si ce n'était le bruit assourdissant de la climatisation qu'il est impossible d'arrêter ! C 'est la première fois que je suis confronté ici à ce problème, je me suis renseigné à l'accueil qui m'a confirmé qu'il n'était pas possible de suspendre la climatisation. « Room had spiders/webs in corner, toilet seat was not fully screwed to toilet, extremely small TV had picture 3-4 inches smaller than screen, door to porch had foggy glass, paint/cement on porch was all peeling. We decided to leave and drive home after supper. »

« We arrived at the hotel very late and discovered after checking in that the bed linen hadn't been changed. After speaking with the front desk, I was moved to a different room. »

« We stayed in room 409. One of the mattresses in that room definitely needs to be replaced. The woman I talked to at the front desk said someone would go in there and see if they agree that the mattress needs to be replaced but no one showed up. We will stay there again but request a different room. »

« Just loved staying here, met the owner and she was wonderful. The little details that they have all over the place is just great, you feel welcome. It's just over all a great place to stay if you're ever in lake Geneva, will be going back again. »

« The Grand Geneva is a beautiful resort with great amenities and great staff. We enjoyed the spa, restaurants, lounge onsite Starbucks and outdoor pool. The resort still has so much more to offer! Awesome place. »

« Couldn’t find my reservation on arrival. Had to wait 10-15 minutes for manager to find it. »

« Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again. »

« The lake view was the only nice thing. Room had nothin. A bed and small table with chair. No phone to contact office, no fan, no TV, no refrigerator, no internet / WiFi, no in-room bathroom, no sink, no mirror, a detached head board, two flat pillows looked already used. »
