Fabulous Lake House near Lake Geneva, 1.5 hours from Chicago!!
"This property is in a cute neighborhood on Lake Elizabeth with a private beach a short walk down the block. The host was very attentive, even giving us a short boat tour of Lake Elizabeth!The only negative is that the home was not as clean as I would have liked, and there are a few maintenance items that need to be addressed. I texted these to the owner after our stay and he indicated he would take care of them. "

The only tricky part was getting into the house....I knew to use the side door, but in the dark we didn't realize there is a door on both sides of the house, so we kept trying the code on the lockbox at the garage door....maybe in the instructions describe where the door is and do NOT use the obvious lock box...
