« The room was extremely clean! The staff very curteous ad knowledgabel. Drawback was the bath did not appear to have no slip tub base. Also, there was no decafe coffee. Perhaps management would consider making certain that each entrance had a 'luggage trolly' . »

« room was clean, large and comfortable. Was loud, you could hear everything in the hallway as well as our neighbors in the new room. The hotel property was nice overall, the grounds were pretty too. We walked the golf course. What I didn't really enjoy was the signature scent that is spread throughout the hotel through the ventilation system. « The room, the grounds & the facility were extremely clean The staff was exceptional the amenities were top notch. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was our 1st time visiting the town of Antioch and it was our 1st time staying at this hotel. My husband and I are retired senior citizens, my husband is a full time Pastor, so we try to get away for rest and relaxation at least 4 times a year, I told him after this stay that this hotel is going to be my go-to sanctuary to recharge...

« Cozy, clean place polite stuff , very helpful. Nothing bothers one here, it’s the perfect place for a vacation. Acceptable price too. I recommend any one coming to Lake Geneva on a budget but also in need of healing, mental health or just to escape the routine , stress of the big city . Ideas for improvement Maybe inside the closet (under TV) a good wash insisting on the corners then a moisturizer wood cleaner /oil (Mr. Clean Lemon Liquid or Pine Sol) smell good too..
