« This hotel was awesome. Location was great. Clean and spacious rooms. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was wonderful with hot and cold options, fresh fruit, pastries, oatmeal with lots of toppings. Amy is the breakfast lounge was a brite start to the day. She was very friendly and helpful. »

« Rooms were clean and everything was nicely taken care of, we needed a place to stay for the convention and this hotel has been our choice 3 years in a row now. Good breakfast with eggs, pancakes and sausage! »

« So I booked this hotel because I saw it had a kiddie pool for my disabled daughter. Whic was the whole purpose why I booked this hotel. On arrival they have signs up saying the kiddie pool is out of service which I asked the staff since when? They said a few weeks in which they should have put that online or something »

« The restaurant was closed and we were not told about that. Also, the windows above the indoor pool area leak water in. »

« Je revenais pour la troisième fois, l'hôtel est toujours très bien, situé et les chambres confortables si ce n'était le bruit assourdissant de la climatisation qu'il est impossible d'arrêter ! C 'est la première fois que je suis confronté ici à ce problème, je me suis renseigné à l'accueil qui m'a confirmé qu'il n'était pas possible de suspendre la climatisation. Ca plus l'absence de petit déjeuner ont raison de ma fidélité au GENEVA INN .... »

« The rooms are a great size with everything you need. It's great walking distance to everything downtown. You can tell the property is a little older, but everything worked great and was cleaned well. I wish the bed was more confortable and it was less noisy, but overall i would recommend it »

« Stayed on a Monday after Easter & loved that there was no one around. The location is great and right across from the lake (even tho it was cold & windy while we were there) We just wanted to chill & the sauna was the perfect answer. There were massages on premises if you wanted. The front desk girl, I'm sad to say, I didn't get her name, but she was delightful & very helpful. She definitely helped make us feel welcome. The suites are spacious & supplies were more than we expected for our stay....

« We had a good time. Rooms are nice size and mostly clean. Water park was fun, especially for the little ones. There toddler area was great. Not the best place for older kids. The restaurant has decent food »

« All the hype ended up not so grand of a stay. Beds aren’t comfortable, the club lounge was not worth the money for the food they served and they tack taxes and fees on everything from the resort fees to the club lounge to the rooms. Made the mistake of Easter weekend and were over run with families with small children running around. They have a reward point system that no one tells you about and good luck getting any receipts to submit for it! Highlight of the stay was not part of...

« Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again. »
