"Listen. It's a older hotel. Okay, but it's very charming and the staff are super nice. That's what's important. The beds are clean. The bathroom is clean. The hallways don't look so great. But again, it's an old hotel. Don't let other reviews make you not stay here because Red Lion downtown is a really nice hotel"

"Perfect location! You will love this location if you want to be steps away from restaurants, bars, coffee spots and shops. Both beds were very comfortable as well as pillows. The floor in the common area is very squeaky and can wake people sleeping. Couch is not very comfortable and not for 3 people so our group of 4 didn't have enough places to sit. Please add another throw blanket or a larger and heavier one. The washer/dryer unit is very convenient but we couldn't get the dryer to work right. Once it stopped we couldn't get it back on. Lastly....the parking! It is a very hard spot to get in. Do not drive a large car or truck. "
