"I booked 2 rooms under the same name (traveling with kids). I requested the rooms to be nearby or at least be on the same floor. The lady that checked us in was not friendly at all and without even trying she said she couldn’t accommodate. We checked in around 3:30pm. After we insisted, she was able to find 2 rooms next to each other. "

"The Hotel is incredibly noisy. You can hear people talking,kids screaming, & running around in the hallways. We were constantly woken up by the noise. The walls are thin, so you can also hear the neighbors loud conversation and TVs. To make it worse, there's constant honking from cars on the street until 3:00 a.m., so there's no quietness at all. The worst part is they allow smoking in the lobby, even though we requested a non-smoking room. The entire floor smelled. The only positive were the helpful staff and the good location."
