When I arrived to the hotel, our room only had two twin beds, which had no room to fit the 3 of us. I already shared this complaint with the hotel, who did nothing to accomodate us in this situation. They said that I am able to receive a refund, but it has to be through Expedia since I booked with you guys. They also said that there is no extra charge for having 3 guests, and they did nothing to accomodate for the extra guest even though I was charged for it. Because of this, my family member ended up sleeping on the floor of the hotel room for 4 days and neither the hotel nor Expedia has offered me any compensation or solution. The staff member Cora was extremely unhelpful and showed no sympathy or care for my situation. I was basically scammed by this hotel and she did nothing to help resolve the situation. I stayed at a Marriott property, and while the room was smaller than expected for the brand, it was generally clean and functional. Unfortunately, the kettle in the room didn’t work, which was a minor inconvenience.
