This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at across the world. It is perfect. The rooms are incredibly comfortable. The staff are amazing. The breakfast is delicious. I liked the location which is not in the crazy area of Chongqing. You easily can DiDi there in 5 minutes. The views from the hotel bar deck are fabulous. Stay here if you can when in Chongqing!!!

I had an amazing stay at Regent Chongqing. The service was truly exceptional from beginning to end. Every member of staff was warm, attentive and genuinely went out of their way to make sure I was well looked after. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant and luxurious, but what really stood out was the level of service and attention to detail. Everything was handled so smoothly and professionally, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Chongqing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Regent Chongqing to anyone visiting the city.

The room was very clean with lots of amenities. It was spacious and overlooked the river and Honga Cave. Service was great with free complimentary drinks and snacks. If I’m back in Chongqing I will stay here again.

Loved it! Wonderful staff and very clean. Super comfy bed, amazing modern amenities, would absolutely stay again. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. I wish the room service menu in the room had more vegetarian options, but they modified one the dishes to make it possible for me to eat it.

This is truly amazing high standard of service and and quality, the STAFF is excellent And the rooms and views better than on pictures! If u visit Chong Qing this Hotel is A Must !!! A truly beautiful hotel across from the Hanya Cave site. A park next door and convenience shops nearby. Its easy to take the train across the bridge to get to the tourist sites. It costs less than 75 cents to take the train in this way. Very calm place to dip in and out of the bustling Chongqing tourist areas from.

My stay at the Regent was thoroughly enjoyable, particularly the exceptional service. From the welcoming bell boy at the front door to the attentive front desk staff, and even the catering and room service, every aspect of my experience was exceptional. The Regent provides professional and attentive service to its guests. I was also pleasantly surprised that the hotel did not inform me of my birthday during my stay. The Regent was so attentive to send me a balloon bouquet and a cake for my celebration. I was deeply grateful. I would certainly return to the Regent for my first choice.
