« We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful home and extremely clean. Close location to both downtown St. Charles and Geneva shopping and restaurants. « We stayed over Mother's Day weekend. It was a lovely house with two large family areas and TVs in every room and access to our streaming apps. We were disappointed the yard was not mowed w/tall weeds. Some of the deck is starting to fall apart. It wasn't suitable for the 3-year-old to run around in. « The home was very comfortable - it was modern and the beds were good. Unfortunately the repairs to make it rentable were not high quality. The bathroom sink in the half bath was leaking when we arrived. The door frame of the basement bathroom had fallen off & was lying on the floor when we arrived. The shower door in the upstairs bathroom would not stay on the track. However , none of these problems would deter me from renting again. They were just inconveniences. »

The kitchen and dining area layout was terrific and the bedrooms fit the needs of everyone from kids, singles, and married couples.
