"Room was clean and spacious, large bathroom, shuttle staff were very friendly. Had a great view from room and able to see lots of different wildlife - recommend watching sunset and night tour - was disappointed had to pay additional $20 to hike trail at the top of the hill. Breakfast buffet was ok - traditional Costa Rica breakfast options. Wish the pool bar was opened longer to have time to swim and relax after done with tourist attractions and supper"

"Stunning views, large and comfortable property was helpful with the family. Well equipped kitchen - we cooked with ease. Only downside was the smell of the drains in the second bathroom - it was really bad - to the point where we shut off that room altogether. Didn’t meet any staff but key instructions were fine. "We had a very nice visit the 4 days we stayed. We booked 3 large rooms with Expedia with much better pricing than directly from hotel. The place is charming and peaceful. The cleaning is not consistent and they don’t have enough white towels as I was told to provide everyday. The front desk Diego and Francisco can improve customer service skills. Francisco specially was not very pleasant. I also tried to booked with him for August for an upcoming visit with family and parents but he told me he could not offer rooms or pricing because it was 2 months in advanced. I could easily book on Expedia. Francisco needs some customer service skills. "

"We loved everything about this hotel - the property itself, staff was very helpful, food was delicious and service in restaurants impeccable, room was cleaned perfectly every day. Both the regular and hot springs pools were great. Got an excellent massage at the spa too! Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Arenal area. "
