Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room and hotel was very clean and beautiful. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Hotel restaurant was beautiful and staff very helpful and friendly and to food was top quality. Definitely going to stay there next time we are in Colombia. Didn't want to leave.

Selvario hotel was amazing! All of the staff were super nice, helpful and attentive. The rooms were not the most spacious then I’m used to, however, the bed was the best sleep I’ve had in months! The bar was a bit overpriced in my opinion but besides that everything was amazing. The hotel location is exactly perfect to where you would want to be in Medellin. In the middle of everything and anything! The hotel, room, Juan, Felipe, and Esmeralda did not disappoint and I will definitely be back!

The room was clean, big and comfortable. They provide hair dryer, iron, a safe, mini fridge, coffee maker as well as toiletries like body wash, shampoo, conditioner, comb, shower cap, body lotion and some other. The hotel provides buffet breakfast. There is an exercise room, a sauna, jacuzzi, and a steam room. The staff was very friendly attentive and accommodating. The hotel is also located very close to many restaurants, shops and clubs. It is also close to the metro. Anything you need, you may find close by. Requesting an uber or a cab to and from the hotel is very easy. The only complain I have is that the bed mattress and the pillows felt very hard. I had to ask for softer pillows which they brought up to my room immediately.

i didn’t like the TV didn’t have but one english speaking channel, especially the sports channels
