From the moment I walked in, the experience was exceptional. I was warmly greeted with a genuine smile by Dimitri, who immediately made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Within minutes, everything was already taken care of — he had sent the bellboy to my car to retrieve our luggage, which was such a thoughtful and efficient touch. As a VIP Expedia member, he also kindly upgraded me to a huge suite, which was an incredible surprise. The suite was stunning, featuring one of the most beautiful bathrooms I’ve seen, a private balcony with a lovely city view, and even a glimpse of the mountains in the distance. It truly made the stay feel extra special. The excellent service didn’t stop there — the staff at the restaurant and bar were also extremely kind and attentive, making every interaction pleasant. The room was very comfortable and the hotel felt well maintained. Overall, we had a great stay. A couple of small points, however. Considering this is a four-star hotel and that there is a €14 per night fee for dogs, I expected a bit more attention to pets. The only item provided was a simple aluminum water bowl, which we had to request at reception. In other places we have stayed, hotels sometimes offer small extras such as a dog bed or treats, even without charging an additional fee. The breakfast also did not feel quite worth the €22 per guest."
