"We had an ocean front room and the view was beautiful. Both pool areas were very close. The food was excellent for all meals, with many choices. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this resort. "

"Nice with both fan and air conditioning. Both worked well. Did not see the ocean from my room but nice to have balcony (with garden view). Very beautiful gardens with funny monkeys jumping around. "

"Check in very slow. Hotel starting to show signs of fatigue. Whilst a nice venue and rooms pleasant, bed matress definitely needing replaced. Food menu disappointimg price wise and when meal ordered, reported did not selection. Very poor. Went elsewhere for evening meal. Breakfast buffet good - always has been a highlight of a stay here. Shower only cold water despite hot taps."

"Staff were extremely nice. Salmata checked us in and she went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome as it was very last minute and we had just had a bad experience at our other lodging. Arrived in the morning, she offered us coffee and assigned our room. Definitely will return."

"The shower water was very salty, the water from the shower was just pooling on the bathroom floor (slow drainage) and there was a lot of scratching in the ceiling boards at night, making it difficult to sleep."

"We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and the location and customer service is absolutely excellent. They could not do enough for us to be honest wonderful staff smiling and. Always there to help. Please do not go by cosmetic photos or outlook the rooms are clean with amenities and towels changed everyday. I cannot fault the hotel and we will book again "
