A room change was necessary due to a burning smell (faulty microwave). 2nd room had major cleanliness issues in kitchen and lounge area and a broken cooker resulting in our dinner being cooked by the restaurants helpful chef! The freezer was so frozen up the door wouldn’t open! Staff were very apologetic but it marred what has been a lovely day. The Indoor pool had a low waterline and tiles missing. The hotel room in general need some serious TLC. Staff were nice although very few of them. Took a walk down to the beach nearby which was pleasant.
