"Breakfast was excellent, beds were good and clean room. Elevator was not working, we have to use stairs all time, the room door lock was failing all time, shower temp control was difficult. Not the best experience."

"The house was very clean. One negative: the bedrooms need shades or blackout curtains because of the bright streetlights. My husband was awakened around midnight with someone banging loudly on the second floor door. Our host answered messages promptly, and even called me to help with some questions about the TV."

The tub was actually fine as I overlooked checking the fixture before turning on the shower. The staff member was very gracious about being called when it was clearly my error.
