« If you want to pay a lot of money and get very little in return, this is the hotel for you. This was the worst Marriott experience we’ve ever had. When we checked in, we had to get our own luggage cart and bring our bags to the room ourselves.
The room was missing basic amenities — no water, no ice bucket, and the refrigerator wasn’t even cold. We paid extra for a corner room with a water view, but instead we got a view of other buildings with no water in sight.
