"The room wasn’t the cleanest. I pulled back the sheets and found a lot of long black hair. The bureau draws didn’t close. There was no remote in the room. The window sill was very dusty. The room had a musty smell to it. Breakfast was not great. Even though the food was on warmers it was still cold. The staff didn’t refill the food when it was low. There was no tea. The gentleman at the front desk on Saturday and Sunday was super nice. I don’t see myself staying here again. "

"Highly recommend! The apartment is bright and clean, equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. Walking distance to West Hartford, which offers great restaurant options. "

"When we got to the house, the house had not been cleaned after the previous guest. The bed was unmade. There was garbage in the living room and disgusting bath water in the tub. Vrbo did not respond promptly and it took several hours for the house to be cleaned. I was offered a coffee for the inconvenience. The house was in disrepair and not as shown in the pictures. I’m extremely disappointed with Vrbo, the way they handled this issue and the property in general. "

"The space itself is great, nice location and layout. The host is very good at responding to questions and helpful. My only complaint is the furniture is not very comfortable for lounging, otherwise it's a good option. "

"We had a dinner for a grooms dinner and found this to be the perfect spot! The kitchen was well stocked and wonderful to cook in. Our guests were very impressed. It was immaculate and their is a Whole Foods just a block and a half away or a costco a short drive away. We loved cooking on the grill on the deck and the guys enjoyed having the gas fireplace and couches there as well! Lovely place!"

"Our family of four adults appreciated all the attention to detail provided during our three-night stay. From pantry items to having available items like tooth brushes and cords for electronics, we felt welcome. We could walk to Whole Foods and Blue Back Square. We will most assuredly consider this home on our next visit to West Hartford. Thank you!"
