The employees are nasty and lazy and make no effort to make people feel comfortable. The rooms are in complete disrepair with black mold in our bathroom. We took pics and will be sending them to Choice Hotels corporate for investigation. The staff was so rude and dismissive. We are a family of four. The room had two towels only. When we asked for more, they asked us why we need four? Our reservation is for four people. They told us we will have to wait until tomorrow because they had been very busy that day and they didn’t have more towels.
