"The gift/snack shop is owned by the restaurant and the prices are astronomical. An average snicker bar is 6.50. And the front desk can not help you when the register in there times out and needs a log in. Room was very musty smelling."

"This hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely helpful, and always remembered our names…both inside the hotel and on the beach. The beach! We literally spent hours in our beach cabana both days we were there. We are definitely coming back."

"Very nice hotel and close to the cruise terminal. Was happy to have found this special place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and had such a nice overall appearance. Beautiful pool are with bar near. Restaurant and food available. Our room was very clean and spacious. Extremely impressed and better than expected. If you want a great hotel that isn’t on South Beach, this is a fantastic one to try. Will stay in the future."
