« Beautiful scenic view of the river. First time fishing for my son, who absolutely adored it! Thank you for the host for being so generous and letting us borrow his fishing supplies. Neighbors were nice. The state park was fun to visit too. We grilled, made s'mores, relaxed, and had an amazing long weekend. Would highly recommend. »

« We were disappointed in this unit. This is a very old building that needs a lot of work. The windows are filthy. The front door mats are bunched up in a pile on the front stoop. The ‘movie themed’ decor was chinsy at best. The parking area is filled with garbage, broken cinder blocks, a tire, and a junked car. There weee old shoes on balcony. The ‘landscaping’ was filled with garbage and debris. The check-in rules and regulations are extensive (requiring expensive insurance or $5,000 cash...

« This property was a major disappointment. The photos are heavily edited and don’t reflect the reality—shaky toilets, torn blinds, uncomfortable beds, and a serious bug problem made the stay unpleasant. The stairs are steep and unsafe, and the home is hard to access. The water behind the house is stagnant and only adds to the mosquito issue. Not worth the high price—would not recommend. »

« The owner was very prompt, professional and friendly during booking and pretrip arrival. The home on the Kankakee River had comfortable furniture, beds and chairs.The kitchen had all high -end and functional appliances. Sadly the weather did not cooperate during our 4 night stay for us to enjoy the various outside seating areas at the house and along the scenic river.We were even allowed to park inside a garage.I would definitely stay here again and reccomend this proprty as a 6 STAR haven!I...

« The owner was very responsive and answered all our inquiries promptly. The house was clean and definitely big enough for all of our needs. The kids loved the basketball court and games in the basement. The women loved the hiking trail around the pond which lit up with fireflies at night. I would stay here again when I visit Naperville. »
