Near: Rialto Theatre, Haley Mansion, Jacob Henry Mansion, Train Station, College of St. Francis, Joliet Junior College, Slammers Minor League Baseball and St. Joe's Hospital, New Lenox Sports Complex Minutes away from: Chicagoland Speedway, Hollywood Casino, Lewis University and Silver Cross Hospital. 30 minutes from Chicago 3 br (3 Queens beds 1 queen sleeper sofa, queen air mattress), 1 full bath The Space: Bright and beautiful, this could be your home away from home. Our apartment is completely remodeled, and tastefully decorated. Perfect for vacationers, families, business travelers. The Space Large 1400 Sq. ft. of living space 3 bedroom apartment. Comfortable for families. If you have children we have a pack n' play and a bin of children's toys (ages 3+), also children's dishes and a high chair. Overall we have 3 queen beds, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and even a deluxe queen size inflatable mattress. There are 2 bathrooms. Blackout curtains and 4KHD tv's in each of the 3 bedrooms and the living room. The new Kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays, including a dish washer, and clothes washer and dryer! New bathrooms with ceramic tile flooring with a marble look finish, shower and bathtub. Free private parking for 2 cars. (Use only spaces marked 719 in front of our long driveway). Enjoy walking distance to many great restaurants. Near the Metra train station, 30 mins to Chicago. Also near the Rialto Theatre, Louis-Joliet Shopping Mall, Joliet Slammers Baseball, Harrah's Casino, Haley Mansion, Historic Joliet Prison where Blues Brothers movie was filmed, New Lenox Sports Complex and more. House Rules: The maximum house capacity is 10 people so please respect our home and do not exceed this number. Unauthorized parties, guests, events and smoking of any kind are house rule violations and will result in fines / fees and immediate cancellation of booking without refund. Damage to items or the apartment, or excessive mess requiring extensive cleaning will be charged. In the summer months, the AC limit is 71 due to the older home lack of modern insulation. We have ceiling fans or portable fans to help circulate the cold air PET FEES: We have a modest pet fee. If we have to clean up pet urine or droppings in the apartment or pet droppings outside we will charge additional. We must be notified if you have animals, and the number of them, even if they are service animals. Animals must not be left unattended unless they are crated. The master bath shower head is very high on the wall, making it almost a rainfall shower head.We enjoyed our stay, and will probably stay again. The location was great for us. We were a walk away from some places and brief car rides anywhere else we needed to go. Very quiet and restful stay for when we returned in the evening. James the Host was attentive and very helpful so there wasn’t anything unexpected. Perfect location if you are coming in for a graduation from Uni. of St. Francis or a wedding at St. Rays Cathedral - both are walking distance! Well done James. ##### Jean N. Pictures are true representations of the apartment. Quiet neighborhood, easy travel to downtown Chicago and the casinos. James was a wonderful host, checking in to make sure if we needed anything at all. Apartment was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Beds were fabulous! We got a complaint for being to noisy. I don't think we'd stay again for that reason alone. It was clean, and well taken care of. Well stocked with all the things you would need. Easy to find and loved the van parked right outside unit and in a driveway. The kitchen had everything we needed with a nice dining space to accommodate our 7 person family. The spacious living room allowed us to spread out. The apartment is clean, just as shown in the listing photos, and very well appointed with all the things you might want or need during your stay! The check-in, parking, and check-out instructions were clear and communicated promptly. James was an attentive host who made sure all of our questions were answered and that we had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. This was a perfect home base as we visited family in the area. Space enough for a family of five and the TVs in each room were a big hit! Communication was great and timely. When we asked about grocery stores and other retail stores nearby James provided us with several options. The location was perfect for our stay as we had a couple meetings in Joliet but wanted to spend several days in Chicago. The property was clean and comfortable.
