"Lobby was lovely and updated with beautiful water fountain. Staff were extremely helpful. Parking was a nightmare, paid to have it included in our room but gate never worked properly, room key was supposed to open gate and we had to call for them to open & close every time we left lot. Pool area could use a refresh, tiles missing or uneven, lots of hair all around pool area (had a cheerleading conference there) and kids splash pad has turf missing in areas. The locked gates to the pool are off kilter so it’s difficult to open and close."

"We found the staff very courteous and attentive. The outdoors were extremely well managed. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the kitchen. All of the cleaning staff did not speak English and it was very difficult to communicate your needs. We had a problem with ants in our room that did not get taken care of in a timely manner."
