Don’t go to this hotel it’s the worst ever they steal your money and don’t even clean there rooms it’s horrible they’re hot tub had stuff in there that shouldn’t be there and they won’t even refund your money this is the worst hotel experience I’ve had and now I’m out 200 hundred dollars for one night and also there was dried blood on our sheets and I know it wasn’t by my kids or any of us they have horrible manners and they don’t care about there customers or there building I highly recommend going to a different hotel.

Upon arriving, we noticed no automatic doors which is severely inconvenient when you bring luggage (who doesn’t bring luggage to a hotel?) getting into our room, it reeks of cigarette smoke, the whole place. The bathroom floor was SOAKED. The fridge didn’t work, we have a child who is on bottles and needs milk so the milk was wasted. The worst hotel we have ever stayed at. So disappointing.

The staff is the best especially the gentleman in the evening who check me in. Very easy check in. All the staff are willing to help, super friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and you feel so welcomed, along with feeling cared about. They are very hard workers and do an excellent job! Breakfast is very good, along with having hot coffee day and night. Rooms are nice, clean with microwave and refrigerator. I will be back! Thank you staff for a great stay!

The rooms were clean. Parking was easy. I was overcharged 3 times. Ruined my Easter weekend cause of the amount of money they took. Staff could not understand that they took so much money from me even when proof was shown.

Pros: staff was easy to work with and friendly. Easy location to find and parking Comfortable beds Shuttle service to the airport and drivers were great Cons: Mold on shower light Bathroom door broken and was open Light for sink and vanity was burnt out Someone tried to enter our room without knocking or announcing who, when we went to the door only staff in the hallway. Breakfast options were very limited.

Expedia said room sleeps 5. Had to ask for a cot and charged $10 extra for it. Everything else was good. Front desk very friendly and helpful on a very busy night.
