This was our 2nd stay at The Clarke. We love staying here. It's extremely clean & the rooms are spacious with comfy beds & awesome bathrooms. Surrounded by great restaurants, coffee shops, stores, art, bars. Just a great vibe all around you. Looking forward to our next visit!

Everything was wonderful. The staff & hotel was great! I recommend to all my family & friends. Parking & getting in the hotel was a little confusing but we managed. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Beautiful rooms and staff so helpful and kind. Websight was very misleading. Part of reason we paid price and chose location was for restaurant and bar. Restaurant and bar non existent. Check-in was difficult. Hours of registration and maintenance are very odd and very short so check in was EXTREMELY confusing. Did not know through booking that elevator only goes from 1st floor to 2nd and that stairs were used to reach 3rd floor. We didn’t find out we were put on 2rd floor til check in and I have heart failure. Also discovered much missed garbage and personal items under beds that was missed; no huge deal. On last day and evening central air was out because the thermostat needed batteries. This would normally be no big deal but there is NOBODY staffing building after 2p most days. Manager was very swift to address problem, very kind and comped us for issue. Overall wonderful hotel and would recommend. But websight needs updating and if you have limited health capability be sure to request 2nd floor room.

The room was huge. Very comfortable bed great shower. Had a street view and right by bars and restaurants. We were disappointed the bar and restaurant in the building is no longer open.

The suite was very large. Unfortunately it smelled like smoke which we believe came from an adjoining room. They did have an air cleaner in the room so they must have known about it. The bathroom was a little dark as 2 lights were not working. Also the tv was extremely small for the size of the room. Check-in was awkward as there wasn’t anyone at the front desk after 2:00 pm. We had to call to get into a box for a card key. The parking lot was also 2 blocks away.

Great location within walking distance from our venue. Easy access to downtown restaurants. Parking is off site about 2 blocks. $10 for 3 nights. Friday nights during the summer they block the street the hotel is located on which made parking and unloading a bit harder but the music was good, I could not hear it from my room, and it was done by 10pm

I love the art and the sitting areas. The water bottles next to the ice machine was a nice touch. Very cute library and I love the table games and puzzles left out for guests enjoyment. Very thoughtful and very nice hotel. Would definitely stay there again. I hope they find a suitable restaurant/bar to lease the ground floor.

We enjoyed our stay at the Clarke Hotel very much! The hotel was lovely, clean and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautiful. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The 2 room suite was perfect for our needs. The vouchers for the coffee shop next door for breakfast was a lovely bonus and the coffee and food there was delicious! Overall a wonderful stay!

Room was very spacious! Unfortunately, there are few amenities available and there is no staff available to assist in the evening until daytime. The late check-in using a code and lockbox may be fine for some, but we felt unsafe fumbling around trying to access the lockbox after dark.
