"Clean room, nice staff, felt safe, beautiful view, great breakfast. Wish water pressure was better in shower."

"Staff is friendly and excellent. Place is being renovated. Fire alarms going off, extra walking distance reaching parking lot and amenities not available. Understandably they will look better and be better soon. But for now, I wouldn’t want to stay again until renovations are completed. "

"Honestly, I travel a lot and not just in the U.S. and this place was one of the worst I’ve experienced. First, the property was impossible to find, no street signage whatsoever. We drove up and down the street 3 times. I finally googled it to make sure and told my husband it had to be right. We ended up going around back and there it was. My first impression was not good, but after the experience with the reception lady we just turned around and left, didn’t even stay the night. Someone had texted me earlier in the week asking if we wanted to upgrade our room. I agreed to the $25 up charge to upgrade. When I got there the lady acted like I was lying bc it wasn’t in her computer, even after I showed her the text. Then she said well the upgrade wasn’t available and the new girl must have forgotten to reserve it for me. I tried to ask if I had still been charged but she just kept rudely telling me there was no upgrade available. At which point my husband just said “We’re leaving!” We ended up staying down the road at La Quinta. "

"Our flights were cancelled due to weather issues last minute and reached to hotels.com who sent me to call hotel which I did and they sent me to reach hotels.com. No one did anything to help or refund my money for an issue beyond my control and with proof of cancellations. "

"Staffing can’t speak English/ room very smelly/husband n wife not that friendly welcome/ lacking in communication and not very helpful. There were insects in room as arrived. Poor -no cups or plates the fridge not cooled. I won’t ever stay there. "
